Community Promotions Funding

The City of Dunsmuir desires to support various projects and programs in the city. To apply for these Community Promotion funds, download the application below and submit to City Hall.


Procedures

Application process - Applications are accepted February 1 and will not be accepted after April 1. Disbursements will be made after the application period according to the disbursement procedure.

Finance Committee - Within the budget process, the Finance Committee will; recommend a grant award cap, do an initial review of the applications, and make an allocation recommendation to the Council. Finance Committee will follow-up with prior grantees. Follow-up will include a detailed accounting of how the funds were used.

City Council - The City Council will determine the specific allocations at a council meeting.

Disbursement - The allocation will be paid in quarterly installments in August, November, February, and May
